ONLINE AND IN STORE RETURN POLICY:
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with the full priced merchandise you received, we will provide an easy refund, size exchange, or store credit under the following conditions. Items must be return within 7 days of delivery or buying the product in store. Returned items must be unworn, unused and in perfect condition with original tag intact. Full price items can be returned for a refund, credit note or free size exchange. Sale items may be returned for a credit note or free size exchange only. Important to note this does not include our 10% sale for first orders with our subscribers, Any customers who use this promotion are still eligible to receive a refund, credit note or size exchange. For our Online Orders $8.50 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the return shipping label. Return shipping labels for exchanges and credit notes are free of charge.

 

REFUNDS
For online orders, If your order qualifies for a refund you will be credited back on the original payment method less shipping. Please allow 3 business days once the refund has been issued for this amount to appear in the relevant account.If you made your purchase using an online gift or credit voucher you will be issued a new credit voucher to spend online or in store.

 

CREDIT VOUCHERS
Credit vouchers will be issued at the full amount of the purchase price less shipping for the return of product that has been permanently marked down. All credit vouchers will be emailed to the recipient and are valid for 3 years. Credit notes are valid online and in store.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
For international returns, a return address will be provided once you have completed your request. You will need to send your return back through a shipping method of your choice. We recommend using a traceable service as Black Salt cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

We are happy to accomodate customers preferences and on occasion be able to custom make garments in a certain size or style.

Custom made garments may take time to made and delivered so please allow 3-6 weeks depending on the garment and time of production. Garments that are custom made are ineligible for a refund.

 

FAULTY ITEMS
All garments and items sent for online orders are quality checked before dispatch. In the unlikely occurrence that you receive an item that is less than perfect please text or call us on +61 477 422 017 or alternatively email us at Janine@blacksaltthelabel.com.
